Westfield mom and musician Rebecca Schaffer is a singer/songwriter/guitarist who will share a mix of originals and pop songs, all played acoustically. She will also be joined by a handful of elementary students as guest musicians.

Proceeds will benefit the Westfield Education Fund

WEF hosted an informal discussion for parents and educators from the community to reflect on the film screening and panel, learn more about upcoming initiatives, and share new ideas with WEF board members. Westfield teachers Ms. Megan Lynn (library media specialist) and Ms. Annie Goodwin (Technology, Engineering, and Design teacher) from Roosevelt Intermediate School shared more about Makerspaces, funded by WEF.

We hosted a sold out screening (400+ attendees) of the award-winning documentary “Most Likely To Succeed”, focused on innovation in education and an evening of dialogue about what matters most for students today. Following the film was a panel of local educators, moderated by Mayor Shelley Brindle.
